Harriet Abo Customer Service Representative	Harriet is a Customer Service Representative with over fifteen years experience.  She has been with Professional Casualty Corporation since 1989.  Harriet handles both group and individual accounts for the letters A-M.  This includes processing all mailings, filings and questions.  She also handles renewals for these accounts.  Harriet is very knowledgeable in insurance trends, rules and regulations.  She has a strong feel for market conditions and is able to ensure that all accounts are placed with the best carrier.
Jeanine Caruso Marketing Manager Customer Service Representative	Jeanine has been with Professional Casualty Corporation and Lawrence D. Share Company since 2002. She received her 440 Customer Service License in 2008 and is currently working on obtaining the 220 Agent License.   Jeanine handles both group and individual accounts for the letters N-Z and is is responsible for customer service of new accounts, new business and marketing strategies.
