Harriet Abo Customer Service Representative	Harriet is a Customer Service Representative with over fifteen years experience.  She has been with Professional Casualty Corporation since 1989.  Harriet handles both group and individual accounts for the letters I-P.  This includes processing all mailings, filings and questions.  She also handles renewals for these accounts.  Harriet is very knowledgeable in insurance trends, rules and regulations.  She has a strong feel for market conditions and is able to ensure that all accounts are placed with the best carrier.
Paula Grove Account Executive	Paula holds a 220 Florida license since 2000.  She has been working for Professional Casualty Corporation since 2001.  Paula is responsible for renewing our current book of business, placing new business and services individual and group accounts for the letters Q-Z.  She has the experience and knowledge to walk you through all phases of the medical malpractice coverage.  We are pleased to announce that in May 2008, Paula received her Bachelors degree in English from Florida Atlantic University.
Jeanine Caruso Marketing Manager Customer Service Representative	Jeanine has been with Professional Casualty Corporation and Lawrence D. Share Company for seven years.   She received her 440 Customer Service License in 2008.  Jeanine is responsible for customer service of new accounts and new business and marketing strategies.
